Qualifying Questions From CemOps

What level experience does your local management team have?
Could your location team use some assistance with publications meant to teach?

Do your files and records always make sense when you read them?

Do the forms in your files have white out?  Are written notes scribbled over?

Do your lot cards/property cards agree with your files/forms?

Have you found wrongful burials?

Have you had to move encroaching vaults to make a burial?

Are your lot pins in place, readable, and not moved from where they belong?

Does your maintenance department have definite procedures for locating a grave space?

Do your maintenance personnel probe a grave prior to digging?
Do your maintenance expenses exceed 20% of your gross budget?

Do your counselors/salespeople perform any follow up check to insure proper burial
location prior to excavating?

Have you had any families suggest there are other owners to their spaces?

Have you found any double sold spaces?

Have you ever been asked, "who is buried in my space?"

Have your salespeople ever sold walkways, road edges as spaces?

Were these spaces preapproved?  Were they mapped and accounted for?

Are your maps readable and in good condition?

Do your maps show an insert with lot layout and measurements?

If you answered incorrectly to two or more of these, you should consider
contacting CemOps.  One or two alone doesn't necessarily mean trouble.
But they could be early signs of impending issues that need checking.
